Account — Registration & Profile

Registration is completely free and genuinely takes under two minutes. Head to the Register page, enter your full name as it appears on your CNIC, your email address, your Pakistani mobile number and your date of birth. In step two you'll choose a username and password. Once you click confirm and verify your email, your 3rrrr account is active and ready to use. You must be 18 years of age or older to register.

No. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one 3rrrr account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same details or different ones — is a direct violation of 3rrrr's Terms and Conditions. If duplicate accounts are identified, both will be closed immediately and any balance may be forfeited. If you've lost access to your original account, contact support@3rrrr.ws rather than creating a new one.

For KYC verification, 3rrrr requires: (1) a clear photo or scan of your CNIC — both front and back; (2) proof of current address, such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months; and (3) if you are withdrawing via bank IBFT, a screenshot of your bank account showing your name and account number. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are verified against the mobile number registered on your 3rrrr account, so no additional documents are typically needed for those methods.

Log in to your 3rrrr account and navigate to Account Settings → Personal Details. To change your email, you'll need to verify ownership of your current registered email first. A confirmation link will be sent to the old address before the change is applied. To change your mobile number, identity verification via CNIC is required. If you no longer have access to your registered email, contact support@3rrrr.ws directly — our team handles these cases with manual identity verification.

To permanently close your 3rrrr account, email support@3rrrr.ws with the subject line "Permanent Account Closure". Include your registered username and email address. Our team processes permanent closure requests within 24 hours. Any remaining PKR balance will be returned to your registered payment method before closure is confirmed. Deposits — Funding Your Account

The minimum deposit on 3rrrr is Rs 500 across all supported payment methods. There is no maximum deposit limit set by 3rrrr at the platform level, though individual payment providers may have their own transaction limits. If a deposit hasn't appeared after the expected timeframe, take a screenshot of the transaction confirmation from your payment app and contact support@3rrrr.ws with your transaction reference number. We resolve pending deposit queries promptly.

3rrrr does not charge any deposit fees on our end — the amount you deposit in PKR is exactly what gets credited to your account balance. Your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank, etc.) may apply their own standard transaction charges depending on the method and your account type with them. Check with your provider if you're unsure. All deposits and the 3rrrr platform operate exclusively in PKR — there are no currency conversion costs.

Withdrawals — Getting Your PKR Out

Log in to your 3rrrr account and navigate to the Cashier section, then select Withdraw. Choose your withdrawal method from the options available on your account, enter the amount you wish to withdraw in PKR and confirm the request. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes during normal operating hours. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals are similarly fast. Bank IBFT withdrawals take 1–3 business days. Your first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification.

The minimum withdrawal on 3rrrr is Rs 500. Maximum withdrawal limits depend on the payment method and your account's verification status. (3) Your IBFT withdrawal was submitted outside banking hours and is in a normal processing queue. (4) A routine security review on your account — these are typically resolved within a few hours. As a standard anti-money laundering measure, 3rrrr requires withdrawals to be processed back to the same payment method used for deposits where possible. For example, if you deposited via Easypaisa, your withdrawal should go back to that same Easypaisa number. For example: if you receive a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place Rs 10,000 worth of qualifying bets before that bonus converts to real withdrawable money. No. Bonus funds on 3rrrr cannot be withdrawn until their associated wagering requirements are fully met. The reset link is valid for 30 minutes. If you no longer have access to your registered email address, contact support@3rrrr.ws directly with your username and CNIC number for manual account recovery. Never share reset links with anyone.

Responsible Gaming

Log in and navigate to Account → Responsible Gaming → Deposit Limits. Choose daily, weekly or monthly, enter the maximum PKR amount you want to be able to deposit in that period and confirm. Limit reductions take effect immediately. If you want to increase a limit, there is a mandatory 24-hour delay before the higher limit becomes active — this is intentional and prevents decisions made in the heat of a session. Go to Account → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion. Select your desired exclusion period — options range from 6 weeks to 6 months, or you can request permanent exclusion. No. The moment a cooling-off period or self-exclusion is activated on your 3rrrr account, all marketing and promotional communications are suspended — this includes email, SMS and in-app notifications about bonuses, promotions and betting offers.
