3rrrr Terms and Conditions — Rules, Rights & Responsibilities for All Players

Welcome to 3rrrr. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 3rrrr platform, including the website at https://3rrrr.ws, any associated mobile-optimised versions, and all products and services offered through the platform including sports betting, casino games, jackpot slots, card games, esports betting and live score services.

3rrrr is operated by a company holding a valid international gaming licence. By registering an account on 3rrrr, accessing the platform in any capacity or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms carefully and that you agree to be legally bound by them in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use 3rrrr.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules that govern individual products on 3rrrr — for example, the sports betting rules that apply to specific cricket or football markets. In any conflict between these general Terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules take precedence for that product.

To register an account and use any real-money features of 3rrrr, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout the period your account is active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 3rrrr strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification may be requested at any time and failure to verify will result in account suspension.
• You must be accessing 3rrrr from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally.
• You must not be accessing 3rrrr on behalf of any other person, company or third party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, director, agent or family member of a 3rrrr employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and phone number. Providing false registration information is a violation of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

3rrrr may require identity verification documents at registration or at any subsequent point. This is a standard part of Know Your Customer ("KYC") procedures and is required under our licensing obligations. Accounts that have not completed required KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete.

Each player is permitted to hold one active 3rrrr account only. Operating multiple accounts — regardless of the reason — is a material breach of these Terms. If multiple accounts are detected that are linked to the same individual (by device, IP address, payment method, residential address, name or any other identifying information), 3rrrr reserves the right to close all but one of those accounts, void all transactions associated with the additional accounts and retain any balances held therein.

You are fully responsible for all activity on your 3rrrr account. You must not share your username or password with any other person, allow any other person to access your account or use your account on behalf of any other person. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify 3rrrr immediately via our support channel at support@3rrrr.ws.

Your 3rrrr account balance may only be used for betting and gaming activity on the platform. It may not be transferred to other players, used as a currency exchange mechanism or used for any commercial purpose. 3rrrr accounts are personal and non-transferable.

3rrrr reserves the right to close accounts that have been completely inactive (no login, deposit, withdrawal or betting activity) for a continuous period of 12 months or more. Players with dormant accounts will be notified before closure and given an opportunity to reactivate.

All deposits and withdrawals on 3rrrr are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no foreign currency conversion fees applied by 3rrrr. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

3rrrr currently supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank IBFT and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The availability of specific methods may vary. Full details of accepted methods are shown in the cashier at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal requests are processed by 3rrrr's payments team within standard processing windows. For Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals, the typical processing time is under five minutes during normal operating hours. Bank IBFT withdrawals typically process within one to three business days depending on your bank. 3rrrr is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider after the transaction has been initiated on our end.

• All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your 3rrrr account.
• 3rrrr may request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Withdrawals from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements associated with that bonus being fully met first.
• Deposits made using a specific payment method must in most cases be withdrawn via the same method up to the amount deposited (return-to-source policy).
• 3rrrr reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion or a breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

3rrrr operates sports betting markets across cricket, football, esports and other disciplines. The following rules apply to all betting activity on the platform unless specific product rules state otherwise.

Bet Confirmation: A bet is only valid and accepted once you have received a bet confirmation reference number from 3rrrr. Bets that are in progress or pending confirmation are not settled bets. 3rrrr reserves the right to void bets placed after a sporting event has commenced where real-time data confirmed the event was already underway at the time of placement.

Odds and Prices: All odds displayed on 3rrrr are offered in good faith based on available information at the time. 3rrrr reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors. If a bet is accepted at a clearly erroneous price — for example, odds that no reasonable person would expect to be correct — 3rrrr reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake, or settle it at the correct price at its sole discretion.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum bet stake is Rs 100. Maximum stakes vary by market, event and the player's account tier. Maximum payout limits per bet also apply and are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.

Abandoned or Voided Events: If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned unless settlement rules for the specific market provide otherwise. For cricket specifically, DLS-affected results are treated as official results if a result is reached by DLS method.

All casino games available on 3rrrr — including slots, live dealer tables, card games and jackpot games — are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) systems for software titles, and verified dealing procedures for live dealer tables. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all software games are accurately stated and independently audited.

3rrrr is not responsible for interruptions to gameplay caused by your device, internet connection or local network issues. If a game is interrupted on your side mid-round, the round will be completed and settled by the game engine based on the state at the time of disconnection. Any winnings from a completed round will be credited to your balance on reconnection.

Jackpot prize amounts displayed on progressive jackpot games represent the current live jackpot pool. Jackpot wins are subject to independent verification before payout. In the event of a verified technical malfunction affecting a jackpot game result, 3rrrr reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers.

Live casino table limits — minimum and maximum bets per hand or spin — are displayed within each individual game before you enter. These limits may differ between tables of the same game type. Players are responsible for checking limits before placing wagers.

3rrrr regularly offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All promotions are governed by these general Terms and by the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion.

Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is possible. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion. Wagering typically applies to the bonus amount only, not to the deposit amount.

Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are available to one qualifying account per household, device, IP address or payment method. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using different accounts or any other method constitutes abuse and will result in the bonus and any winnings being voided and the account being reviewed.

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated claim window. Expired promotions cannot be retrospectively applied.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Unused bonus funds and incomplete wagering requirements expire at the end of the validity window.
• 3rrrr reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without notice.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Deposits made using certain payment methods may not qualify for specific bonuses. This will be stated in the promotion terms where applicable.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3rrrr. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts for any reason, including to circumvent self-exclusion, claim multiple bonuses or exploit any other platform feature.
• Fraud — including using stolen payment credentials, fraudulent chargebacks, providing false identity documentation or manipulating any aspect of the platform.
• Collusion — in any multiplayer game or market, working with other players to gain an unfair advantage over the house or over other players.
• Bonus abuse — including matched betting using 3rrrr bonuses, low-risk hedging strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play risk, or any coordinated effort to exploit promotional terms.
• Arbitrage betting using platform errors, delayed odds or any identified systematic pricing discrepancy to generate risk-free profits.
• Using bots, scripts, automated tools or any other software to interact with 3rrrr in a manner not intended for human players.
• Accessing 3rrrr from a prohibited jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy or any other method intended to disguise your actual location.
• Money laundering — using 3rrrr in any way that involves the proceeds of criminal activity or that is designed to obscure the source of funds.

All content on the 3rrrr platform — including but not limited to the brand name and logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, written content, game software, odds data and live score data — is the intellectual property of 3rrrr or its licensed providers. All rights are reserved.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, transmit, display, perform, publish or create derivative works from any content found on 3rrrr without the express prior written consent of 3rrrr. This includes screen captures of odds data, game results or any other platform content used for commercial purposes.

The 3rrrr name, logo and associated visual identity are registered trademarks. Using these marks in any context — including on social media, review websites or in any other public forum — without 3rrrr's written authorisation is a violation of trademark law.

3rrrr operates the platform with a high standard of reliability and security. However, 3rrrr does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or completely free from third-party interference. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3rrrr's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your 3rrrr account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the date of the claim.

3rrrr is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from betting or gaming activity, which is inherently uncertain and carries the risk of a complete loss of any amount staked.
• Technical issues arising from your own device, browser, operating system or internet connection.
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers after 3rrrr has initiated the transfer.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages of any kind.

3rrrr is committed to responsible gaming and providing Pakistani players with tools to keep their gaming activity within healthy limits. We take problem gambling seriously and actively support players who need assistance.

The following tools are available to all 3rrrr account holders through the Responsible Gaming section of the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits can be reduced immediately but increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds over a defined period. Reaching your loss limit will prevent further betting until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders that notify you of how long your current gaming session has been running.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from accessing 3rrrr. Temporary exclusions can be set for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion closes your account indefinitely.

Your right to close your account: You may close your 3rrrr account at any time by contacting support@3rrrr.ws. Before closure, any remaining balance (less any bonus funds subject to uncompleted wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Account closure does not affect any outstanding bet or transaction that was placed before the closure request was submitted.

3rrrr's right to suspend or close accounts: 3rrrr reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time where:

• A breach of these Terms is detected or reasonably suspected.
• The player has provided false or misleading registration information.
• Fraud, money laundering, collusion or other prohibited conduct is detected or suspected.
• A court order, regulatory instruction or law enforcement request requires it.
• The account has been inactive for 12 continuous months and the player has not responded to closure notifications.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, 3rrrr may retain any balance held in that account as compensation for damages arising from the violation. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a Terms violation, any balance will be returned to the player.

3rrrr reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — 3rrrr will provide additional notice via email or an in-platform notification to registered players.

Your continued use of the 3rrrr platform after any updated Terms have been published and notified constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and request account closure. 3rrrr recommends reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of the current version.

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of 3rrrr shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3rrrr holds its operating licence. By using 3rrrr you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process.

If you have a complaint about any aspect of 3rrrr's service, you should first contact our support team at support@3rrrr.ws with full details of your complaint. 3rrrr is committed to investigating all legitimate complaints fairly and responding within five business days. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at the first level, it will be escalated to a senior member of the 3rrrr compliance team.

All betting and gaming decisions — including odds, results, market voiding and settlement — made by 3rrrr are final once confirmed. 3rrrr may, at its sole discretion, review a settlement decision if a clear and obvious error in settlement is demonstrated, but has no obligation to do so in the absence of such a clear error.
